PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and excellently productive method of manufacturing a mold and a method of manufacturing a pattern sheet using the mold.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a mold 68 having through-holes comprises: forming a resin film by supplying a resin to a cast 40 which contains a metal and has a salient pattern 42 or to a substrate 64 which faces the cast 40 and has at least one of its sides magnetized pressing the resin film by the cast 40 and the substrate 64 bringing the tips of the salient pattern 42 into contact with the magnetized side of the substrate by using the magnetic force forming the mold 68 by hardening the resin film with the tips of the salient patter 42 in contact with the magnetized side of the substrate 64 separating the substrate 64 and separating the mold 68 from the cast 40.
