PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a tool (18) for an instrument (10) for coagulation, fusion, and cutting of vessels.SOLUTION: An instrument (10) for coagulation, fusion, and cutting of vessels comprises two shanks (19, 20), between which a vessel is gripped and fused. A blade (21) for cutting a coagulated and fused vessel is provided with an isolator (40), which isolates the blade (21) against at least one of the electrodes or shanks (19, 20), respectively. On the other hand, the blade (21) is preferably in mechanical contact with at least one of the electrodes or shanks (19, 20), respectively, so that a safe separation of the fused biological tissue or vessel is attained separately. This concept can be used to increase the safety of surgery and to reduce the size of a tool (18).【課題】脈管の凝固及び融合、並びに切断のための器具（１０）のツール（１８）を小型化する。【解決手段】脈管の凝固及び融合、並びに切断のための器具（１０）は、２つのシャンク（１９、２０）が設けられ、これらの間で脈管が把持され融合される。凝固され融合された脈管を切断するためのブレード（２１）は、アイソレータ（４０）を備え、アイソレータ（４０）はブレード（２１）を、電極又は２つのシャンク（１９、２０）のうちの少なくとも１つに対してそれぞれ絶縁する。ブレード（２１）は、融合された生物組織又は脈管のそれぞれの安全な分離が達成されるように、電極又は２つのシャンク（１９、２０）のうちの少なくとも１つとそれぞれ機械的に接触することが好ましい。この概念は、手術の安全性を高め、ツール（１８）を小型化するために使用できる。【選択図】図３
