PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the therapy equipment for the stiffness in the neck could cause serious accidents by unexpected motions while lifting up the neck for the therapy.SOLUTION: The device has an upright hollow column, has two ropes hanging a weight in the column, one rope pulls the neck with a ring having an outer ring groove and the other rope hangs an operation pipe with the ring having the outer ring groove, the pulling force is released by stepping down a pedal in the bottom edge of the operation pipe, the pulling force can be released by pulling down the bottom edge of a neck wearing belt with a hand too, furthermore, several kinds of safety devices which sandwich and hold the top edge of the weight hung with the rope in the hollow column are available, nurses can attach the safety device having the pulling force releasing numeric value which is optimal to the patient to the therapy equipment for the stiffness in the neck to secure safety.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】首コリ症治療機は頚部を引き上げて治療し予想外の動きが重大事故になる可能性があった。【解決手段】中空柱を直立し、この柱内の重しを吊り下げる2本のロープで1本のロープは外輪溝付きリングを介して頚部を牽引し他の1本のロープは外輪溝付きリングを介して操作パイプを吊り下げ、その操作パイプの下端のペダルを踏み下げる事で牽引力は解除され、さらに頚部装着帯の下端を手で引き下げる事でも牽引力は解除され、さらに中空柱内のロープで吊り下がる重しの上端を挟み掴む安全器は数種あり、看護婦は患者に最適な牽引力解除数値の安全器を首コリ症治療機に取り付けできるようにして安全を確保した。【選択図】 図7
