PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment which is easy in handling operation and excellent in improvement efficiency of muscle tension abnormal disease.SOLUTION: An elastic support body 10 is bent in a semicircular shape or U shape corresponding to a neck outer periphery to be worn on a neck part easily. The elastic support body 10 exhibits appropriate restitutive force, in other words, restitutive force in a degree of light pressurization not to cause pain when both edges are expanded.
