PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a base for planting designed to healthily grow a tree planted in a place unsuitable as a planting environment without deteriorating the supporting yield strength of the ground just under an already installed structure.SOLUTION: The structure of the base for planting is obtained as follows. A granular material 50 for forming a porous structure and a base 40 for plant growth to be filled in voids of the granular material assuming the porous structure are used to form a backfilling part so as to have coarse voids only with the granular material 50.
