This disclosure provides a method for treating a subject afflicted with a lung cancer, which method comprises administering to the subject therapeutically effective amounts of: (a) an antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds to a Programmed Death-1 (PD-1) receptor and inhibits PD-1 activity and (b) an antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds to a Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen-4 (CTLA-4) and inhibits CTLA-4 activity.La présente invention concerne une procédé de traitement dun sujet atteint dun cancer du poumon, ledit procédé comprenant ladministration, audit sujet, de quantités thérapeutiquement efficaces : (a) dun anticorps ou dune partie de liaison à un antigène de celui-ci qui se lie spécifiquement au récepteur de mort cellulaire programmée 1 (PD-1) et inhibe lactivité de PD-1 et (b) dun anticorps ou dune partie de liaison à un antigène de celui-ci qui se lie spécifiquement à lantigène 4 du lymphocyte T cytotoxique (CTLA-4) et inhibe lactivité de CTLA-4.
