The present disclosure provides a method of treating a subject suffering from lung cancer, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of: (a) a programmed death-1 (PD-1) an anticancer agent which is an antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds to a receptor and inhibits PD-1 activity； And optionally, (b) another anti-cancer agent administered by infusion for less than 90 minutes.
