A wheelchair comprises a pair of rear frames spaced from each other at the predetermined distance apart while facing each other and supporting a pair of large wheels to be able to rotate, respectively a pair of front frames fixated in parallel to the rear frames a pair of horizontal frames for supporting a pair of assistant small wheels to be able to rotate, respectively, and fixating the pair of the front and the rear frames in front and rear directions at the predetermined distance apart a seat plate supported to be capable of being lifted and dropped in a longitudinal direction of the pair of the front and the rear wheels and a back support coupled at an edge of the rear end of the seat plate. Therefore, the present invention elongates a lift distance from a seat position to a position highly proximate to a floor where an axis of the assistant small wheels are positioned, thereby being adjustable to be adaptive to various heights from a height of a hospital bed to a floor of the Korean floor heating system.
