The present invention relates to a composition for controlling plant diseases and promoting a plant growth, which comprises Pseudomonas putida strain YJR92 (Accession number KACC 91910P) having the effect of controlling a plant pathogen and promoting a plant growth. According to the present invention as described above, the composition is capable of controlling plant diseases, in effective and environment-friendly manners, such as phytophthora blight and anthracnose even in a packaging process, and solving problems of an agricultural fungicide and promoting a plant growth at the same time.본 발명은 식물 병원균 방제 효과 및 식물 생장촉진 효과를 가지는 슈도모나스 푸티다 균주 YJR92(Pseudomonasputidastrain YJR92； 기탁번호 KACC 91910P)을 포함하는 식물병 방제용 조성물 및 생장촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의하면, 포장에서도 역병 및 탄저병 등 식물병을 친환경적으로 효과적으로 방제할 수 있고, 농용 살균제의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으며 동시에 식물 생장을 촉진시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
