The strain of the present invention exhibits excellent control effect against various plant pathogens in the life stage of various plants, and is excellent in plant growth promoting effect such that the plant production amount can be remarkably increased.본 발명은 우수한 식물 방제 및 식물 생장 촉진 효과를 갖는 신규한 크라이세오박테리움 솔다넬리코라 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 식물 병원균에 대한 방제 효과가 우수하고 식물 생장 촉진 효과가 탁월한 크라이세오박테리움 솔다넬리코라(Chryseobacterium soldanellicola) T16E-39균주(기탁번호 : KACC 81042BP), 상기 균주 또는 그 배양액 등을 포함하는 식물 방제용 조성물 및 식물 생장 촉진용 조성물, 상기 균주를 사용한 식물 방제 방법 및 상기 식물 생장 촉진 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 균주는 다양한 식물의 생애 단계에서 다양한 식물 병원균에 대하여 우수한 방제 효과를 보이고, 식물 생장 촉진 효과도 우수하여 식물 생산량을 현저히 증가시킬 수 있다.
