The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aronia beverage, wherein active ingredients are extracted from unripe aronia using brewed vinegar to produce a beverage base, and the aronia beverage is manufactured by seasoning and blending with purified water, sugars, and acids. Through a process of filtering and sterilizing the manufactured beverage, the aronia beverage may be manufactured as a processed beverage, which can be stored and distributed.
