PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease prediction device, a method, and a program that improve prediction accuracy of a disease that may develop on a user.SOLUTION: A disease prediction device 1 acquires inspection data of a target user and medical care data of relatives, and calculates an influence degree of anamnesis of the relatives to development of a disease estimated from the inspection data of the user by weighting with a distance of relationship between the user and the relatives.
