A method is provided for producing data representing radiotherapy treatment constraints associated with a patient to be treated. The method includes: a phase of mapping at least one current atlas of a set of atlases according to at least one datum representing a patient to be treated, providing a map of probability regions at risk； and a phase of generating at least one datum representing a constraint to be applied to a treatment for the patient according to the probability of regions at risk.
