The device for inspecting preparation of medicines has: a conveying path for conveying a dispensing bag in which medicines are dispensed； an imaging part for imaging, on the conveying path, the medicines dispensed in the dispensing bag； a scattering mechanism which scatters the medicines dispensed in the dispensing bag on the conveying path； and an inspection part which inspects the medicines on the basis of an image of the medicines, which has been captured in the imaging part. The scattering mechanism includes: a columnar body located at the side of a second surface of the dispensing bag and disposed in the direction crossing the dispensing bag； a first pressing member located at the side of a first surface of the dispensing bag, disposed upstream of the columnar body in the conveying direction, and pressing the first surface of the dispensing bag； and a second pressing member disposed downstream of the columnar body in the conveying direction, and pressing the first surface of the dispensing bag, wherein: the first pressing member and the second pressing member can be independently moved in the direction opposite the pressing direction； the relative positions of the columnar body, the first pressing member and the second pressing member are fixed； and the scattering mechanism and the dispensing bag can be relatively moved in the conveying direction.La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé qui sont destinés à inspecter la préparation de médicaments distribués dans un sac d'emballage.
