The present invention discloses a neuro navigation-guided focused ultrasound system and method therefor that is used to guide focused ultrasound energy to a target point. The system of the present invention includes a focused ultrasound device, a neuro navigation system, and a fixture. Depending on the image of the individual's region of interest, the focus of the focused ultrasound device, and the tracking point provided by the neuro navigation system, the neuro navigation system performs the calibration process and confirms the positional relationship between the focus and the image of the region of interest.
