A toothbrush bristle head with bristle gate/barrel which can rotate to collect toothpaste beads/tablets 4, that are delivered by a tension/spring mechanism and release mechanism 5, 6 into a rotating toothpaste pearl-dock cavity 7, that locates and holds toothpaste beads/tablets 8 until activated with water and used to clean teeth. Figure 20 to accompany abstract. General Procedure of operation Toothbrush is loaded with cassette containing beads pictured in fig. 12. Upon insertion of cassette a rail like moulding fig. 15 breaks open a seal like mechanism that works around a living hinge seen in fig. 2. At this stage the pearls (see fig.1) shoot up the cavity of the neck (see fig. 3) they are pushed forward by a pin like mechanism with a spring behind it seen in fig. 8 and fig. 11. This all locks into place using a snap hook system seen in fig. 10. The beads are pressing tightly against the rotating barrel mechanism fig 16. The pulling back of the button mechanism will rotate the barrel gate examples in fig. 17 and fig. 18. The button slide Is pictured in fig. 7. After this operation is complete and one bead moves Into the rotating barrel water can then be poured onto the brush head allowing for a chemical reaction to take place. This reaction can take between 3-5 seconds. Once complete the user can the brush their teeth. To remove the cassette when empty simply push the snap hooks inwards and pop out the empty cassette.
