PURPOSE: A processing apparatus for dried squid capable of uniformly dry-processing the surface of squid is provided to economically produce the massive amount of high quality dried squid. CONSTITUTION: A processing apparatus for dried squid comprises the following: a drying unit(10) formed with an electric heater(11) located inside a drying chamber(1) for generating heat, and a reflecting plate(13) reflecting the heat generated from the electric heater and flowing into the drying chamber； a body(21) with a rotatable shape, extended from the upper side of the drying chamber to the lower side； an installation rod(22) protruded from the body in a radial form, and vertically connected to each other； a hanger(23) protruded from the vertical direction of the installation rod； a mounting base for mounting squid, with both ends mounted on the hanger； a power generator(30) connected to the body for rotating the body forward and backward； a controller(40) controlling the electric heater and the power generator； a fan(50) generating wind force； and a temperature sensor(60) sensing the temperature inside the drying chamber.본 발명은 임의적으로 오징어를 건조시켜 건조오징어를 가공할 수 있는 건조오징어의 가공장치에 관한 것으로, 내부가 밀폐되어지는 공간으로 형성되는 건조실의 내부에서 오징어를 건조가공하는 건조오징어의 가공장치에 있어서, 상기 건조실의 내부에 구성되어 열기를 발생시키는 전기히터 및 상기 전기히터가 구성되는 건조실 내부 벽면에 부착되어 전기히터에서 발생되는 열기를 반사하여 건조실 내부로 유동시키는 반사판으로 이루어지는 건조수단； 상기 건조실의 상측에서 하부측에 수직으로 연장되어 회전가능한 형태의 몸체가 구성되고, 상기 몸체의 길이방향으로는 방사형으로 돌출되어 수직으로 상호 연결되는 거치대가 구성되고, 상기 거치대의 수직방향으로 간격으로 두고 돌출되는 다수의 걸이구가 구성되고, 다수의 오징어가 안착될 수 있도록 길이방향으로 연장되며 연장된 양측단이 상기 걸이구에 안착되는 안착대로 구성되는 회전체； 상기 건조실의 상부에서 회전체의 몸체와 연결되어 회전체를 정, 역방향으로 회전을 도모하는 동력수단； 상기 건조수단의 전기히터 및 동력수단을 제어하는 제어수단；으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서 적은 유지비용으로 오징어의 건조가공이 가능하면서도 건조오징어를 가공할 수 있는 건조실의 최적의 온도 및 온도유지시간을 산출하여 산출된 정보에 따라 건조수단을 구동함으로써 양질의 건조오징어를 가공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
