PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverization device capable of stably pulverizing or crushing solid matters such as tablets which are stored in a storage container.SOLUTION: A pulverization device comprises: a storage container 7 capable of storing a stored object an attachment/detachment part to which the storage container is attached a pulverization part 2 having pulverization means for pulverizing the stored object a drive part 3 having drive means for generating drive force for driving the pulverization means and a transmission part 4 arranged between the drive part and the pulverization part, and has a transmission shaft for transmitting the drive force to the pulverization means. The pulverization means has a connection part connected to the transmission shaft. The transmission shaft has: a shaft body a protrusion part which protrudes outward in a radial direction from the shaft body on a prescribed position near one end part which is connected to the connection part, and is thinner than the shaft body and a large diameter part which is provided closer to the base end side than the protrusion part, and whose diameter is larger than an outer diameter of the shaft body.
