PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measurement device or the like which can notify a measurer or the like of attitude deviation of probe attitude of an ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device includes: a transmission and reception part 110 which performs transmission and reception control of an ultrasonic wave a processing part 120 which performs attitude deviation detection processing of probe attitude of an ultrasonic probe with respect to a surface of a measurement object and a notification information output part 130 which outputs notification information including attitude deviation information of the probe attitude. The processing part 120 generates a first ultrasonic image on the basis of a first reception signal at a first timing of a measurement period, generates a second ultrasonic image on the basis of a second reception signal at a second timing, calculates an inclination evaluation value being any of luminance gradient, acutance and a value obtained from the luminance gradient or acutance on the basis of the first ultrasonic image and the second ultrasonic image, and performs attitude deviation detection processing of the probe attitude between the first timing and the second timing on the basis of the inclination evaluation value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 超音波プローブのプローブ姿勢の姿勢ずれを測定者等に報知することができる超音波測定装置等の提供。【解決手段】 超音波測定装置は、超音波の送受信制御を行う送受信部110と、測定対象の表面に対する超音波プローブのプローブ姿勢の姿勢ずれ検出処理を行う処理部120と、プローブ姿勢の姿勢ずれ情報を含む報知情報を出力する報知情報出力部130を含む。処理部120は、測定期間内の第1のタイミングの第1の受信信号に基づき第1の超音波画像を生成し、第2のタイミングの第2の受信信号に基づき第2の超音波画像を生成し、第1の超音波画像と第2の超音波画像に基づき、輝度勾配、アキュータンス、及び輝度勾配又はアキュータンスにより求められる値のいずれかである傾斜評価値を算出し、傾斜評価値に基づき、第1のタイミングと第2のタイミング間のプローブ姿勢の姿勢ずれ検出処理を行う。【選択図】 図1
