The present invention relates to an environment friendly fish reef and, more specifically, to an environment friendly fish reef cured since a compound for forming a fish reef is three-dimensionally molded to a frame of a fish reef consisting of a support anchor and a steel frame. A compound for forming a fish reef comprises: a) cement； b) pulverized fiber-reinforced plastic； c) sand； d) alginic acid solution； e) red clay； f) shellfish powder； and g) rubber tree sap. According to the present invention, the environment friendly fish reef suppressing oxidation of concrete to prevent chlorosis and facilitate adsorption of vegetation, having a natural reef shape to facilitate access of fish, stabilizing marine ecosystem in a short period of time by significantly improving the vegetation of seaweed, and reuse the fiber-reinforced plastic discarded in manufacturing of the fish reef.본 발명은 친환경 어초에 관한 것으로서, 특히 지지앵커와 철골로 구성된 어초골격에 어초형성용 배합물이 3차원의 입체로 성형되어 경화된 친환경 어초로서, 상기 어초형성용 배합물은 a) 시멘트, b) 섬유강화 플라스틱의 분쇄물, c) 모래, d) 알긴산 용액, e) 황토, f) 패류 분말, 및 g) 고무나무 수액을 포함하는 친환경 어초에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트의 산화성을 억제하여 백화현상을 방지하고 식생의 흡착을 용이하게 하며, 자연적 암초의 형상으로 가져서 물고기들의 접근이 용이하며, 해초의 식생을 현저히 향상시켜 해양 생태계의 안정화를 단기간에 이룰 수 있으며, 어초의 제조에 폐기되는 섬유강화 플라스틱을 재활용할 수 있는 친환경 어초를 제공할 수 있다.
