PURPOSE: A reinforcement block bag for vegetation and an environmentally-friendly vegetation retaining wall using reinforcement blocks are provided to improve cost-efficiency by using lightweight materials and reducing construction time. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement block bag for vegetation comprises reinforcement blocks(10), natural sieves(20), and fixing units. Each reinforcement block is formed by assembling deformed bars in a rectangular box shape. The natural sieves composed of natural fibers surround the front, rear, left, and right surfaces of the reinforcement blocks and prevent soil loss. The fixing units fix the natural sieves to the reinforcement blocks.본 발명은 구조적인 안정성을 갖추고 경량화된 재료와 간단한 시공법으로 공기를 단축하여 경제적이고 식생이 가능한 환경 친화력을 갖춘 식생용 철근 블럭 백 및 철근 블럭을 이용한 친환경 식생 옹벽을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 식생용 철근 블럭 백은, 사각 박스 형태의 모서리를 따라 다수 개의 이형 철근을 조립하여 육면으로 개방된 구조를 갖는 철근 블럭과； 철근 블럭의 상하면을 제외한 전후좌우의 사면 둘레로 에워싸여져 철근 블럭의 내부에 채워질 흙의 유실이 없도록 함과 동시에 식생식물의 자생을 돕도록 천연섬유로 짜여진 그물 형태의 천연 망체와； 천연 망체를 철근 블럭에 고정시키기 위한 고정수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
