PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lung disturbance therapeutic agent which positively treats serious lung disturbance such as chronic lung disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by recovering a lung tissue without using symptomatic treatment, and has less side effect compared with conventional therapeutic agents.SOLUTION: A lung disturbance therapeutic agent comprises nitrate as an active ingredient. The lung disturbance is preferably chronic lung disease or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
