PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a scraper is required for each roller in a roller conveyer, making it very difficult to remove all solidified coating material adhered to the roller.SOLUTION: Scrapers 2, 2a and so on are disposed underneath a downward travelling portion of plural endless round-ropes 5, 5a and so on of a round-rope conveyer 1, and a storage tank 4 for a coating material C is disposed underneath the round-rope conveyer 1. The scrapers 2, 2a and so on have each a larger width than that of the round-rope conveyer 1, are horizontally disposed with right angles relative to a conveying direction of the round-rope conveyer 1, are fixed to heaters 3, 3a and so on at the base ends thereof, and have semicircular cutouts 6, 6a and so on formed at positions corresponding to the round ropes 5, 5a and so on at the edge portions abutted on all of the round-ropes 5, 5a and so on. Each one of scrapers 2, 2a and so on is abutted on all round-ropes 5, 5a and so on so as to limit the number of scrapers 2, 2a and so on to a minimum and to enable sure and complete removal of the coating material C adhered to the round ropes 5, 5a and so on by heating the scrapers 2, 2a and so on by the heaters 3, 3a and so on.
