<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle chip for making an effective substance and body liquid stably go in and out without breaking or bending a microneedle assembly when puncturing the soft skin with the microneedle chip used for a medical device. <；P>；SOLUTION: The microneedle chip comprises a microneedle assembly composed of a plurality of microneedles to puncture the skin, a pedestal for supporting the microneedle assembly, and a cup-like sidewall with a groove as a trigger which can be torn in such a shape that the distal end is widened more than the pedestal on the outer periphery of the microneedle assembly. Since the sidewall is pushed and widened to the periphery of the chip when it is crushed, the microneedle assembly and the skin are turned to an almost vertical state and puncture is executed. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
