PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper having an improved elasticity at the upper end edge of three-dimensional gathering to prevent injury of the wearers skin, and further maintaining leakage prevention performance.SOLUTION: Pleats (gathers) are formed at the upper end edge of the three-dimensional gathering 4, when an elastic stretchable member is constricted.
