PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rinsing-off type hair treatment composition which solves problems in conventional hair treatment compositions and is capable of imparting firmness and elasticity to limp hair as well as glossiness and flexibility, and further imparting favorable smoothness when rinsed off.SOLUTION: The treatment composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising (A) tripolyhydroxyl fatty acid dipentaerythrityl and (B) a copolymer of methacryloylethyl dimethyl betaine, methacryloylethyl trimethylammonium chloride, and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate.
