PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a microscope on a portion of a test subject's fingertip where blood flow of capillaries is to be observed, to suppress blurring of a finger at the time of observation, and to easily focus the fingertip of the microscope. A fingertip capillary blood flow observation microscope capable of observing blood flow in capillaries. A fingertip capillary blood flow observing microscope includes a first pinching member 20 and a second pinching member 30, which are rotatable around a pivot shaft 10, and a pinching portion 21 and a second pinching portion of the first pinching member 20. The finger accommodating portions 41 and 42 provided on the inner surfaces of the sandwiching portion 31 of the member 30 facing each other, and the focusing attached to the second sandwiching member 30 so that the tip end faces the sandwiching portion 21 of the first sandwiching member 20. A microscope main body 60 having a function and a cuticle stopper 70 provided on the inner surface of the holding portion 31 of the second holding member 30.
