PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest device capable of naturally tilting a headrest and capable of relieving burdens on an operator in tilting the headrest.
SOLUTION: The headrest device 2 includes a headrest support plate 211, and a support part attached to a back panel to support the support plate 211 in the rear of the back panel. The support plate 211 is connected to the support part via a first arm 4 so as to be rotatable around a first horizontal shaft 44 perpendicular to longitudinal direction to the support part and movable in the longitudinal direction. Further, the support plate 211 is connected to the support part via a second arm 5 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction along the direction of downward inclination toward the front while rotating around a second horizontal shaft 55 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction to the support part.
