PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight heating implement for presenting an excellent scent even in use.SOLUTION: The heating implement includes: a heating part including metal to be oxidized and activated carbon and a bag at least a part of which has gas permeability and which stores the heating part. The heating implement is perfumed by a scent composition including damascenone. At least a part of the bag is constituted with a sheet with the basis weight of 20-90 g/m2.
