PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating implement which has excellent cooling sensation in use and prevents deterioration of the cooling sensation during storage.SOLUTION: The heating implement 100 comprises a heat generating part 121 containing metal to be oxidized and activated carbon, and a bag body 110 at least a part of which has gas permeability and which stores the heat generating part 121. The heating implement 100 is perfumed by a scent composition containing the component A and component B. The ratio of total mass of the component A and the component B to the mass of the activated carbon [(component A+component B)/activated carbon] is 0.04 to 0.2. The scent composition is preferably given between the heat generating part 121 and the bag body 110. The "component A" is a monoterpenoid having a cyclic ether structure.
