Thus, the present invention has the effect of inducing stable and convenient operation while preventing the flow from the bone surface in the process of extending the tunnel to an oval shape or inducing the correction.본 발명은 십자인대를 재건하기 위해 골을 관통한 터널을 확장하거나 수정을 유도하는 가이드기구에 관한 것으로 그 구성의 특징으로서, 상기 터널과 인접하는 위치에 새로이 관통하려는 직경의 안내홀이 형성되는 안내관； 상기 안내관의 전방에 돌출되어 터널을 따라 안내홀이 평행하도록 자세를 교정하는 조준대； 상기 안내관의 외면에 소정 각도로 연장되어 조작을 유도하는 조작대； 및 상기 안내관을 따라 유동 가능하게 삽입되고, 상기 터널에 선택적으로 압입되어 자세를 고정하는 쐐기；를 포함하여 이루어진다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 터널을 난형으로 확장하거나 수정을 유도하는 과정에서 골 표면으로부터 유동을 방지하면서도 안정되고 편리한 조작을 유도하는 효과가 있다.
