PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide which is easy to design and can perform osteotomy correction safely and accurately. SOLUTION: The osteotomy guide 1 is composed of a guide wire inserted into a deformed bone and a correction guide. The osteotomy guide includes first and second tubular legs 6 and 8 through which a guide wire can be inserted, and can be separated into first and second portions 1a and 1b with a separation surface 11 as a boundary. When the osteotomy guide is placed in place on the deformed bone, the separation surface is flush with the cutting line on the bone. After inserting the guide wire into the deformed bone and before cutting the deformed bone, the second portion is separated and removed.
