A patch containing fentanyl prepared by laminating an adhesive layer on a support, wherein the adhesive layer contains a tackifier resin consisting of stylene-isoprene-stylene block copolymer, a rosin resin and a terpene resin, and a softener consisting of poly butene and liquid paraffin, and further contains fentanyl as an active ingredient.The patch is excellent in transdermal permeability of fentanyl and in stability of the preparation wherein fentanyl does not crystal out during its preservation.本發明為一種含芬太尼之外用貼劑,其係在支持體層合黏著劑層的貼劑,其中該黏著劑層係含有苯乙烯‧異戊二烯‧苯乙烯塊狀共聚物、由松香系樹脂與萜烯系樹脂所構成之黏著賦予樹脂、由聚丁烯及流動石蠟所構成之軟化劑;並在該黏著劑層中摻合芬太尼作為有效成分而成,而且芬太尼的皮膚透過性優異、在保存中芬太尼不會結晶化、製劑安定性高。
