PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a training method and system of the kinetic vision and reaction useful for children, adults, and the aged to improve the exercise capacity by improving the game properties and requesting responses accompanying the kinetic motion a program for executing the method and system and a recording medium to store the program.SOLUTION: The system includes: a computer 10 which includes an input/output means, an arithmetic operating means, and a recording means, and operates prescribed software a display 20 for displaying a training video and a response inputting means 30.
