PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave measuring device and a pulse wave measuring program for encouraging a potential patient with heart disease to undergo an electrocardiographic examination at an early stage. A pulse wave measuring device 130 has an extraction unit 201, a calculation unit 202, an analysis unit 203, and an output unit 204. The extraction unit 201 extracts the pulse waveform from the biological information collected from the living body. The calculation unit 202 calculates the pulse wave interval and the pulse rate from the plurality of extracted pulse waveforms. The analysis unit 203 analyzes the fluctuation of the pulse wave interval based on the calculated intervals of the plurality of pulse waves. The output unit 204 outputs information on the pulse rate and information on the fluctuation.
