SOLUTION: This flowering plant-culturing container body 2 functioning as a flowerpot or a planter is composed of a container body 2a in which soil 5 for culturing a flowering plant 4 and a foamed resin R for floating the container body 2a on water 1 together with soil 5 and flowering plant 4. The container body 2a is composed of porous concrete in which zeolite is mixed. Thus, the flowering plant-culturing container body 2 floats on water surface 1a together with the soil 5 and the flowering plant 4 and the zeolite absorbs fertilizer contents such as nitrogen and phosphorus in water 1b and feeds the fertilizer contents to the flowering plant 4.
