A blood sample collection assembly (10) comprising: a container housing (22) defining a receiving chamber (24) and including a rear end (26) adapted to receive a sample collection tube within the chamber (24) and a front end (28) that includes a hole or receiving port (30); and a connector (12) comprising an outer surface (18) of the connector extending between a distal end (14) and a proximal end (16), the connector (12) further comprising an internal opening (20) extending therethrough and a piercing or puncture element (32) at its proximal end (16); wherein the connector (12) is received inside the receiving hole (30) of the container housing (22) such that at least a part of the outer surface (18) of the connector is applied to a corresponding inner surface ( 56) of the receiving hole (30), and in which the connector (12) is held within the receiving hole (30) by an interference structure (54, 58) that extends substantially perimetrically between the outer surface (18) of the connector and the inner surface (56) of the receiving hole (30) providing an elastic jump fixing application for axially locking the connector (12) to the container housing (22) extending the piercing element (32) of the connector (12) through the receiving hole (30) and to the chamber (24) of the container housing (22), characterized in that, the outer surface (18) of the connector comprises an anti-rotation element (64) positioned together or to the proximal end (16) of the connector (12) and in which the reception of the anti-rotation element (64) inside the receiving hole (30) aligns the connector (12) with the container housing (22) and prevents the rotational movement of the connector (12) inside the receiving hole (30).Un conjunto (10) de toma de muestra de sangre que comprende: un alojamiento de contenedor (22) que define una cámara de recepción (24) y que incluye un extremo trasero (26) adaptado para recibir un tubo de recogida de muestra dentro de la cámara (24) y un extremo delan
