A muscle training apparatus comprising a sensor, a data obtaining device, and a calculating device is disclosed. The sensor for generating a signal in accordance with the resistance of the sensor itself is adapted to be attached to the skin of a subject muscle. The data obtaining device electrically connects with the sensor to acquire the signal and to transfer the signal into a resistance value. The calculating device electrically connects with the data obtaining device to receive said resistance value and further calculates an estimated action value based on the variation of the resistance value, and sends out a message when the estimated action value is larger than a threshold value, so as to improve the correctness in posture of the muscle training.一種肌肉訓練輔助裝置，包含：一感測器，用以貼抵於一肌肉之皮膚表面，並依該感測器本身的電阻值產生一感測訊號；一資料擷取器，該資料擷取器電性連接該感測器以接收該感測訊號，並將該感測訊號轉換為一電阻值；及一儀控處理器，該儀控處理器電性連接該資料擷取器以接收該電阻值，再根據該電阻值之變化量而換算產生一活動估算值，並在該活動估算值大於一活動基準值時發出一提示訊息，藉此提升肌肉訓練的正確性。
