Die Erfindung gehört zu Octapeptiden, welche Derivate vom Octreotid sind, sowie zu den darauf basierenden radiopharmazeutischen Mitteln, welche bei der Tumorer-kennung verwendet sind, d. h. zum Gebiet Chemie und Medizin. Octapeptid (als Octreotid-Derivat) entspricht der Gesamtformel (1):wo X und Y = H oder die Chelatgruppe, insbesondere DOTA, kovalent verbunden mit α- oder ε-Aminogruppen vom N-terminal-Lysin. Octapeptid der Formel (1) bildet einen Chelatkomplex mit Radionukliden, zum Beispiel als Galliumisotope68Ga,66Ga,67Ga unter Erhaltung eines radiopharmazeutischen Komplexes (RPhM).Das radiopharmazeutische Mittel wird zur Diagnostik von Somatostatin-Rezeptoren exprimierenden Tumoren oder deren Metastasen verwendet.The invention belongs to octapeptides, which are derivatives of octreotide, and to the radiopharmaceutical agents based thereon, which are used in tumor detection, i.
