PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early recover muscle damage of a games athlete due to his/her excessive training or the like, and slight muscle damage of a general sports lover or healthy adult that is caused by his/her activities of daily living or light exercise.SOLUTION: The inventors found that the early recovery of muscle damage can be induced by continuously giving a composition containing a sufficient amount of zinc to a person who easily develops muscle damage, and were able to provide an oral ingestion agent for the early recovery of muscle damage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本願発明は、競技アスリートの過度なトレーニングなどに伴う筋肉の損傷や、一般のスポーツ愛好者や健常成人の日常的な生活や軽い運動で生じる微細な筋肉の損傷を早期に回復させることを課題とする。【解決手段】本願発明者等は、筋損傷しやすい者へ、十分量の亜鉛を含む組成物を継続的に投与することで、筋損傷の早期回復を誘導できることを見出し、経口摂取用の筋損傷早期回復剤を提供できた。【選択図】なし
