PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice confectionery hardly melted even at normal temperature without spoiling taste and an ice confectionery raw material.

SOLUTION: The ice confectionery is made by adding milk, bean curd lees raw material obtained by grinding bean curd lees produced from soybean from which soy milk is squeezed, into paste, and rice powder stirring the mixture with tepid water to generate a dissolved mixture and adding hydroxide to the dissolved mixture, and then cooling the resultant mixture to be coagulated and formed.
