The floater interconnects a plurality of buoys using a support, is floated on the surface of water, and generates solar power by installing a plurality of photovoltaic modules on the support. The solar power generation facility comprises a photovoltaic module changing solar energy into electrical energy, and a capacitor charging the electricity generated by the photovoltaic module. The fish spawning ground is installed in a form of being hung on the floater. The oxygen generator is able to efficiently drive the oxygen generator.본 발명은 어류 산란장이 구비된 수상 태양광 발전시설에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 수상 태양광 발전시설을 이용하여 발전이 이루어지도록 함과 아울러 태양광 발전시설이 설치되는 부유체의 하측에 어류 산란장과 함께 산소발생부를 구비하여 수중 생태계 환경을 보호할 수 있도록 한 어류 산란장이 구비된 수상 태양광 발전시설에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 일정 크기로 수면에 부유할 수 있도록 형성되는 부유체와, 상기 부유체의 상면에 설치되는 태양광 발전시설과, 상기 부유체의 하측에 설치되는 어류 산란장을 포함하여서 되며.상기 어류 산란장은 코코넛 줄기로 형성됨과 아울러 원통형으로 형성되는 상부와 수초형으로 형성되는 하부로 구비되며,어류 산란장의 일측에 산소발생장치를 설치하여 태양광 발전시설에 의해 생성되는 전기를 이용하여 수중 환경에 산소를 공급할 수 있도록 하며,산소발생장치는 일측에 용존산소 감지부를 더 구비하여 용존산소 감지부에 의해 수중의 용존산소가 부족한 경우에만 산소발생장치가 작동될 수 있도록 함과 아울러 광 감지부를 더 구비하여 빛이 감지되는 주간에만 산소발생장치가 작동되도록 한 어류 산란장이 구비된 수상 태양광 발전시설을 특징으로 한다.
