The present invention relates to a negative ion generator using a solar cell, comprising: an attachment unit which is detachable from a glass plate an electricity generation unit connected to the attachment unit and converting solar energy to electrical energy an electric condenser unit connected to the electricity generation unit and storing the electrical energy produced by the electricity generation unit and a negative ion generation device connected to the electric condenser and emitting negative ions indoors with the glass plate.
