The present invention relates to a safety device of a cultivator and, more specifically, to a safety device of a cultivator which prevents damage and improves work efficiency by reducing impacts when an overload is generated due to an obstacle such as stone or rock when a cultivator such as a plow for tractor, a contour tractor, a ridge plow, a hiller, and a subsoil crusher cultivates a farmland, and can be manufactured in a simple structure. For the above, the safety device of a cultivator comprises a main frame which includes a tractor connection unit carried by being connected to the tractor in the front side, a cultivation unit which cultivates land by being installed in the main frame to be able to rotate in a vertical direction, and a cylinder which elastically supports the rotation of the cultivation unit from the main frame. The present invention comprises: a first rod which is inserted to the inside of the body of the cylinder and has a first press plate fixated on the front part； a rear space unit which is more extended to the rear side of the cylinder body； a second press plate which is installed to enable airtight movement in front and rear directions in the rear space unit； and a second rod which is included in the rear side of the second press plate in a united body and is installed to airtightly penetrate through a rear end part of the rear space unit.본 발명은 경작기의 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 트랙터용 쟁기, 양련쟁기, 이랑쟁기, 배토기, 심토파쇄기 등의 경작기가 경작지를 경작할 때 돌이나 암석 등의 장애물로 인하여 과부하 발생시 충격을 완화시켜 파손 방지 및 작업 능률을 향상시키며, 아울러 매우 간단한 구조에 의해 제조가 가능한 경작기의 안전장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은, 전방에 트랙터와 연결되어 견인되는 트랙터 연결부를 구비하는 메인 프레임과, 상기 메인 프레임에 상하방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되어 땅을 경작하는 경작부와, 상기 경작부를 메인 프레임으로부터의 회전을 탄성지지하는 실린더로 구성된 경작기의 안전장치에 있어서, 상기 실린더의 몸체의 내측으로 삽입되며, 전방부에 제1가압판이 고정된 제1로드； 상기 실린더 몸체의 후방으로 더 연장된 후방공간부； 상기 후방공간부에서 전후방으로 기밀하게 이동이 가능하게 설치된 제2가압판； 상기 제2가압판의 후방에서 일체로 구비되어 상기 후방공간부의 후단부위를 기밀하게 관통하도록 설치된 제2로드；로 구성된다.
