PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a charged particle generation element at an upper part of an animal naturally, in a charged particle transmission device that can be attached to animals.SOLUTION: A charged particle transmission device 1A comprises an attachment 10 attached to an attachment target so as to hold the attachment target. An ion generation element 20 and a battery 30 that is a power supply for the ion generation element 20 are attached to the attachment 10. The ion generation element 20 is arranged at one side of two obtained by dividing the attachment 10 into two, and the battery 30 is arranged at the other side. The center of gravity of the whole charged particle transmission device 1A exists at the side where the battery 30 is arranged. It is preferred that the battery 30 is heavier than the ion generation element 20, and it is preferred that the ion generation element 20 is arranged at a position most distant from the center of gravity.
