The present invention relates to an oyster separator separating a bundle of oysters into individual oysters using turning force of an oyster washer and wings rotating in the oyster separator. The oyster separator comprises: an oyster washer (100) comprising a rotary drum (120) rotating and washing caught oysters； and an oyster separating part (200) in which one or more wings (220) are combined with a shaft (210), which has a certain length in the longitudinal direction of the rotary drum (120) so as to be located in the inner space and which is combined with a power unit (M) so as to rotate, so as to separate the bundle of oysters washed in the interior of the rotary drum (120). According to the present invention, the bundle of oysters can be safely separated without needing an excessive manpower of workers and working hours, and extra manpower and time for separating the bundle of oysters are not required, thereby cutting down the time and cost for operating working areas and reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, the quantity of broken oysters is reduced so as to reduce the quantity of oysters which are not suitable for commercialization, thereby increasing profits. Also, the oyster separator is installed in the interior of the oyster washer to sequentially perform the separation of oysters, thereby maximizing work efficiency without extra environmental limitations and increasing the quantity of oysters can be shipped on the sea.
