PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a support which supports a turning arm of an in-vehicle care lift, to a car body.SOLUTION: A turning arm 14 is made to turn in a horizontal plane around a support 13, which is vertically erected in a center section of a cabin of a vehicle, and a hanging arm 16 which is pivotally supported so as to be vertically swingable at a tip of the turning arm 14, is swingably driven by a driving source 17. Thus, a person to be cared is hung by the hanging arm 16 and can be made to get on and off a front sheet 20. Since both left and right ends of a bridge member 31 which support an upper end of a support 13 and extend in the horizontal direction of the car body is fixed to a roof side rail 33 by using bolt holes 35a and 36a provided for fitting an assist grip 38, it becomes possible to support the upper end of the support 13 without forming a special bolt hole in the car body and damaging an interior material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 車載用介護リフトの旋回アームを支持する支柱を車体に簡単に固定する。【解決手段】 車両の車室の中央部に上下方向に立設した支柱13まわりにに旋回アーム14を水平面内で旋回させ、旋回アーム14の先端に上下揺動可能に枢支した吊りアーム16を駆動源17で揺動駆動することで、吊りアーム16に被介護者を吊り下げでフロントシート20に乗降させることができる。支柱13の上端を支持して車体左右方向に延びるブリッジ部材31の左右両端を、ルーフサイドレール33にアシストグリップ38を取り付けるべく設けられたボルト孔35a,36aを利用して固定するので、車体に特別のボルト孔を形成したり内装材を傷つけたりすることなく支柱13の上端を支持することが可能となる。【選択図】 図3
