A major object of the present invention is to provide a creamy O/W emulsion composition containing an adenosine phosphate ester, more specifically, to provide a creamy O/W emulsion composition containing an adenosine phosphate ester, which ensures emulsification stability and a superior feel during use. Specifically, the present invention provides a creamy O/W emulsion composition containing the following Components (A) to (F) at the following proportions based on its total amount: (A) not less than 0.1 wt.% of adenosine phosphate ester selected from at least one member selected from the group consisting of cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate, adenosine monophosphate, adenosine diphosphate, adenosine triphosphate, and salts thereof； (B) 0.5 to 6 wt.% of polyglycerin fatty acid ester； (C) 0.05 to 0.7 wt.% of acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer； (D) 0.5 to 10 wt.% of amphiphilic lipid； (E) 0.5 to 20 wt.% of polyhydric alcohol； and (F) 0.3 to 5 wt.% of self-emulsifiable glycerin fatty acid ester.本發明之主要目的是提供一種含有腺苷磷酸酯之乳霜狀O/W型乳化組成物，更詳細地說，是提供一種既含有腺苷磷酸酯，同時具有良好的乳化安定性及使用感之O/W型乳化組成物。亦即，本發明提供一種在乳化組成物中以下列比例含有(A)~(F)成分之乳霜狀O/W型乳化組成物。(A)從腺苷-3’,5’-環磷酸、腺苷一磷酸、腺苷二磷酸、腺苷三磷酸，及其等的鹽組成之族群中選出的至少一種腺苷磷酸酯0.1重量%以上；(B)聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.5~6重量%；(C)丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物0.05~0.7重量%；(D)兩親媒性脂質0.5~10重量%；(E)多元醇0.5~20重量%；(F)自乳化型甘油脂肪酸酯0.3~5重量%。
