PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a respiratory function value when a part of a lung is excluded from a dynamic image of a chest. When information on an exclusion target location in the lung field is acquired, a control unit 31 of a diagnostic console 3 determines the lung size value of the exclusion target location and the left and right lung fields including the exclusion target location. Obtain and calculate the ratio as the size ratio. Further, the control unit 31 calculates a feature amount related to the respiratory function of the lung field on the side including the exclusion target portion and a feature amount related to the respiratory function of the entire lung field based on a plurality of frame images of the dynamic image of the chest. The ratio is calculated as the feature amount ratio. Then, the control unit 31 calculates the prediction rate of the respiratory function when the exclusion target portion is excluded from the lung field based on the value obtained by multiplying the calculated size ratio and the feature amount ratio.
