FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. In order to conduct ultraviolet cross-linking in progressive keratoconus in patients with initial corneal thickness on cone top of ≤ 400 mcm after de-epithelialization, patient's corneal thickness is measured. As a corneal protector solution, dextralink is used, after which the pachymetry of the cornea is re-determined in the thinnest place, and the thickness of the protective corneal protective flap is calculated in an original way. Protective flap is produced from the pre-stromal layer of a preserved donor cornea resected with the required thickness of 9.4 mm diameter, which is laid on the surface of the patient's cornea and aligned. After obtaining the necessary total thickness "patient cornea - a cornea flap stroma donor" ultraviolet irradiation is carried out procedure for patient through the protective corneal stroma of a donor cornea flap wavelength 370 nm capacity of 9 mW/cm2 for 10 minutes with Dextralink parallel installations every 2 min. After irradiation, a protective flap of donor cornea stroma is removed.EFFECT: group of inventions provides a safe procedure for ultraviolet cross-linking by filling the patient's corneal thickness deficiency to the required value taking into account individual patient's thin corneal pachymetry values, absence of intra- and postoperative complications, improvement of strength properties of cornea, arrest of progression of keratoconus in remote postoperative period.2 cl, 2 exГруппа изобретений относится к области медицины, а именно к офтальмологии.
